Our work started in the club: in nightlife since 2020, several years in a club in Düsseldorf’s old town – today with our own events, DJ management and international artists.

Leadership
Zainy M’bechezi leads NXT-Stage as Agency Director and remains your direct contact: enquiry, the right line-up and coordination with clients through to the engagement – all in one place.

ONELOVE is our own event concept – independent of NXT-Stage – built around Shatta, Afro, Latino and French Wave.
From the idea and artist selection to communication and on-site organisation, every event is produced in-house.

Zainy M’bechezi – many people know him as Sani. Born in France, with roots in the Comoros, raised in Germany.
In nightlife since 2020 and running events since 2024: club work, DJ management and tour support have built an international network – artists from France, Latin America and Africa, and close collaboration with rappers. For partners, that means one personal point of contact from the first message to delivery.
